Masters in Management Studies
(2 Years Full-Time Postgraduate Program)

MMS (Master of Management Studies) is a two year comprehensive Post Graduate Degree Programme that aims to develop students into innovative thinkers and successful managers by sharpening their skills to meet a wide array of business needs. The emphasis of the programme is to develop the ability to translate theory into practice. It aims at promoting an inquiring and analytical mind which proactively seeks accurate knowledge, acquires the appropriate skills and promotes the right attitude in creating capabilities to manage enterprises in the twenty-first century.
At SRBS, our focus is to develop highly motivated leaders with a curiosity for conceptual and practical knowledge. The course programmes at SRBS have been specifically designed keeping the pragmatic aspects of real time business situations in mind. The expert and reputed faculty at SRBS have been chosen to inculcate a strong academic foundation in students, which will complement their practical experience in the future.
The course structure is exhaustive and conducted on a semester basis with four semesters spread over two years. Specialization in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations is offered from semester three onwards.
Established upon a tradition of excellence, the B-School permits students to choose from a range of courses, enriching them through multi-disciplinary and cross-faculty approaches.
Pedagogy

At SRBS, we strive to develop the students overall personality with constant interactive discussions, projects, case studies, assignments and presentations. Our focus is on enhancing peer-to-peer learning to help participants take their thinking to a higher level. We create a competitive environment where students work upto 90 hours a week.
Evaluation

We follow a strict evaluation procedure. It is mandatory for students to pass in each parameter of evaluation process such as attendance, class participation, case-study analysis, mid-term examinations, assignment projects, presentations and term examinations.
