Developing Online Repository of Business Plan/ Prototypes developed and way forward.

On July 27^th, SRBS IIC in association with IQAC, EDC and NISP conducted an Entrepreneurship Session, targeting Innovative Business Ideas and the Importance of maintaining an Online Repository for these Business Models. The event was co-ordinated and organized by Institutional Innovation Council, Convener Prof. Darshana Murkibhavi.

The Event was attended by faculties and management students. During the event, attendees shared varied Business Ideas and suggestions, for future potential Start-Ups. The event started by giving all a Quick Idea about what a Repository is, why it is important to have a Repository of Business Models and how it will be helpful for the coming Generations to take the work forward.

During the  ‘Online Repository of Business Plan’ Event , participating  groups which comprised of 4-5 students in each group pitched in Business Models from various sectors namely; IT, Automobile, FMCG, Finance, Hospitality, etc. Some Ideas, focused on Ecosystem and Green Environment, few were more Commercial Profit oriented and the remaining had an Innovative perception towards overcoming Basic problems in day to day life.

Session lasted for about 75 mins. It was an Interactive session, following a structured process of Information Exchange. Participants in the session reached consensus on recommendations and discussed related barriers and solution to the Ideas presented.

The Overall event did offered a large number of benefits in terms of providing key information, based on creating a collective Repository to take the Way Forward which can be stored and preserved for Further Research Learning.
