Faculty Development Program on “Literature Review: A Modern Approach”
A Faculty Development Program on “Literature Review: A Modern Approach” was organized by SRBS. The FDP was conducted through online mode on Google Meet. It was scheduled on 18th March 2022 from 7:00-9:30 pm for experts from Teaching and Corporate world. The key resource person for the FDP was Director Dr. H. J. Bhasin and the resource person was Prof. Krishnakant S. Lasune, Assistant professor SRBS .
The FDP was successfully conducted with 70+ participants. Among the participants 35% were Assistant professor, 5% Associate Professor, 25% Research Scholar and 35% Students. The participants were from various reputed colleges- Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, K.V Pendharkar College, MET IOM, Nowrosjee Wadia College Pune to name a few. Participants after the FDP along with a strong positive feedback requested for similar FDP in future. The overall rating of FDP given by all participants was more than 70%. In the comment section of feedback form it was observed that most of the participants were inspired and motivated by the Director Dr. H.J. Bhasin.
