Master Class – Do You Have The Internal Talent Marketplace

Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research in association with Bombay Management Association (BMA) organized a Master Class on a contemporary topic “Do You Have the Internal Talent Marketplace” on 22! July 2022 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The esteemed guest was Mr. Larry Cummings, Chief Connector, ZIGTAL.

Mr. Larry Cummings is internationally acclaimed speaker, whose lectures are a perfect blend of Industry practices, new learning and strategic insights. His eloquent presentation was on this contemporary topic. He analyzed how many organizations across the globe invest resources, time and money in talent management in order to retain capable, intelligent and quick learners. This session was moderated by BMA member, Mr. Jagmohan Rishi, Head, L&D and Digital, Wockhardt, Mumbai.

Mr. Cummings answered questions on ways to internalize talent management. His session provided MMS Semester II Students of Batch 2021- 23 with new, rich and futuristic perspective on the topic. The session was well attended. The speaker took questions which provided solutions to new age problems which Industry Captains encounter in the VUCA world. Companies scout for fresh talent from outside, but internally there exists a talent pipeline which could yield best results.
