The Institution’s Innovation Council of SRBS (“IIC) successfully conducted a motivational session by a successful entrepreneur for the MMS 2022-24 students on February 17, 2023 in the masterclass room. The event was organised by Prof. Stanley Santmayor under the IIC events programme in association with SRBS’s IQAC and EDC.

Objectives
- To apprise the students on exploring Entrepreneurship/Startup as a career option as against the traditional option of a taking up a job.
- To inspire students and motivate them to become future entrepreneurs and explore the launch of innovative ideas through startups.
Outcomes
- Participants learnt about the issues and challenges an entrepreneur has to endure during the course of launching his business and tasting success.
- Participants learnt the importance of patience and persistence in achieving success.
- Participants also noted that proactive initiative-taking and consistence in the quality of your product are the key ingredients to winning and sustaining customers.
