Specializing in employee emotional intelligence and organizational dynamics studies, he holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development Practices and an MBA with a specialization in HR and Marketing.

Between 2009 and 2016, Dr. Nitin Sharma served as a regular trainer at the Employees Provident Fund Organization, Zonal Training Institute, West Zone, under the Ministry of Labour, Government of India. As a certified trainer of Emotional Intelligence and Body Language, Dr. Nitin Sharma excels in the psychology of stress, health, and well-being. Notably, he conducted a 15-hour intense training session on Organizational Behaviour for commissioned officers from the Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Indian Army, and friendly neighbouring countries.
