The Sheila Gopal Raheja Foundation and The Bombay Suburban Art and Craft Education Society’s gave the opportunity to the Students of Sheila Raheja School of Business Management & Research to visit Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in BKC-Mumbai on 7th April 2023 & 10th April 2023 to witness the “Impact of Indian Dress and Textiles on the Fashionable Imagination” as its scale evoked the dazzling sight of modern Indian creativity on the one hand and the revelation of centuries-deep complex colonial relationships on the other.

It threw light on the artistic and aesthetic achievement of India, particularly of the artisans and of the designers, and of the interaction between their imaginations way stating form 17th century till date which was showcased at the center as it highlighted the Ethnic, Bollywood, Persian, Mughal, Western and European with the acquisitions of luxurious floral chintzes, embroideries, and diaphanous muslin on vivid dresses / cloths. It was beautify showcased with different section throughout the cultural center. The students were enthralled by the talents possessed by the Indian artisans & their art work being acknowledged & appreciated at the global level. A total of 41 students visited the NMAC center.
