Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research organized its Degree Distribution Ceremony on 20th May, 2023. The students of MMS Batch 2020-2022, BMS Batch 2019-2022 and BAMMC Batch 2019-2022 who graduated in the A.Y. 2021-2022 were awarded their Degrees.
The Ceremony begun with lighting of the lamp at the hands of esteemed dignitaries; Mr. Shyam Wadhwani (Chief Guest- President of Bombay Suburban Art and Craft Education Society & Director of K. Raheja Group of Companies), Dr. Harish Kumar S. Purohit (Director – SRBS), Dr. Samadhan Khamkar (Professor- SRBS) and Ms. Geeta Chauhan (Administrative Officer – SRBS).
Dr. Harish Kumar S. Purohit formally welcomed the Chief Guest and addressed the audience. In his welcome address, Dr. Purohit applauded the graduates for their achievements. He also announced that students have secured 100% result with flying colours. The overall success has been outstanding. BMS students, more than 70% students have scored A+ and O grade, BAMMC students, more than 83% have scored A+ and O grade and MMS students, more than 92% have scored A+ and O grade. This testifies the quality and effort of our students and their achievements. The toppers list was also announced for each program and respective specilaisation with cash prizes for each student topper. Sir was also happy to announce the Bschool rankings. Our Institute has stood 12th Top B-School of Excellence by CSR GHRDC Survey 2022, 14th India’s best B-Schools 2022 by fortune India, ranked 24th by THE WEEK, and ranked 49th All India Top B-School by The Chronicle and the latest ranked 8th top private Institute in Mumbai offering MMS program by Times B-School survey 2023.
Mr. Shyam Wadhwani (Chief Guest) addressed the graduates and motivated them to constantly strive for success. He emphasized on the importance of learning and exploring new opportunities.
Prior to the distribution of the Degree Certificates, the graduated took the Graduate’s Oath that was administered by Dr. Harish Kumar S. Purohit. A total of 141 students received their Degree Certificates including 74 of MMS, 45 of BMS and 22 of BAMMC. All the graduates were excited and very happy to receive their degree certificate.
Parents of some of the students were also present for the ceremony. It was indeed a proud moment for the parents to see their children receive their certificate of achievement.
The Ceremony concluded with singing of the National Anthem and Maharashtra State Anthem
