To align with the same and being concerned about the health of folks at Sheila Raheja Foundation the three pillars of institution namely Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research (SRBS), L.S. Raheja School of Architecture and Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management organised a session on Physiotherapy on 1 September 2023with the mentorship of PhysioRehab Clinics India Pvt Ltd.
To invoke our spirituality the event was formally inaugurated with lighting the lamps at 11:30 am by the directors of Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research (SRBS), L.S. Raheja School of Architecture and Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management. The event was further proceeded with national and state anthem. Later on, the host for the event Ms.Louan Rodrigues formally invited the 1st speaker dignitary of the event Ms.Anjana Laungani. The influential speaker spoke about the importance of physical fitness comprising of attributes such as sitting gesture and postures where she herself demonstrated a few of them. She also invited the participants of the event on the stage and took a demo of their physical fitness and suggested some corrective techniques so as to enhance the functionality and working of a human body.
To throw some more light towards the journey of importance of physical fitness the 2nd dignitary of the event Dr ShineeShaanbaag was invited on the stage. To have a connect with the audience and provide them with the physical experience she invited a few participants on stage and took their fitness check and suggested a few tips and tricks to enhance our journey towards physical fitness. To maintain the enthusiasm amongst the participants she also gave some gifts to them.
The second session started at 2.30 pm, in which one to one personal mentoring was been provided to the participants. The participants were asked a few questions regarding their daily schedule, their total working time, and their activities during the day, the travelling time and the physical problems they faced during the day. They were asked to stand straight and their physical posture was been demonstrated and a correctives tips and tricks were been suggested. They suggested a few exercises and diets to overcome their difficulties.
The session all together was indeed informative and an essential one for maintaining our physical fitness.
The session formally came to an end with the feedbacks and vote of thanks.
