The Sheila Gopal Raheja Foundation has been deeply involved with various wellness efforts in its commitment to raise the quality of life of children.

The foundation leadership is strongly aligned to providing support and necessary care through its social venture on behalf of the foundation in association with TATA Memorial Hospital and IMPACCT Foundation for Hope. The foundation is dedicated towards taking care of children suffering from life-threatening diseases among several other social initiatives.

The pure motive to organize this event is to teach patients that one must truly believe in the virtue of Celebrating Life to the Fullest. The Theme of HOPE’22 was “Friendship“that witnessed over 200 children who have conquered diseases with their unseezing courage.

SRBS students had the opportunity to be a part of this noble initiative and perform with the little cancer survivors. The event was held in TATA Memorial Hospital Auditorium on December 11 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

The event of such great magnitude was graced by Mrs. Durga Sandeep Raheja, Trustee of K Raheja realty & Founder of Sheila Gopal Raheja Foundation. Several other prominent personalities from Bollywood like Dr. Anmol Gupte (Renowned Director), Mr. Shaan Akruti Kakkar (Well Known Bollywood Singer), beautiful and ever graceful Bollywood Actress Ms. Manisha Koirala and some famous sports personalities such as Former captain of the India women’s national cricket team Ms. Mithali Raj and Arjuna Award Badminton Player Mr. Chirag Shetty also participated with zest and enthusiasm in this event.

To spread cheer among little cancer survivors, the event was also attended and participated by our esteemed Director, Dr. H. J. Bhasin from Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research (SRBS), Ar. Mandar Parab, Principal of L.S. Raheja School of Architecture (LSR) and Mr. Conrad D’Souza, Principal of Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management (SRIHM). SRBS Prof. Vaishali Singh, LSR Prof. Shradha and SRIHM Prof. Jasmine were also a part of this excellent initiative.

The event also hosted several dance performances conducted to entertain the little survivors, performed by Student’s Doctors and Nurses.
