Qualification:
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. with Physics & Computer Programming), Masters Degree in Marketing Management (M.M.M.) from NMIMS–then affiliated to the University of Mumbai, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management.
Experience:
Dr. Harish Kumar S. Purohit is a distinguished academician, researcher, and industry expert with over 32 years of multifaceted experience spanning across the domains of academia, industry, research, and administration. His career reflects a blend of strategic leadership, intellectual depth, and practical application.
Brief Profile:

Prior to joining Sheila Raheja School of Business Management & Research as Director, Dr. Purohit held leadership roles in several prestigious management institutions including PTVA’s Institute of Management. His tenure with MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd.), India’s premier commodity exchange, allowed him to delve deep into commodity markets, contributing impactful research and reports on economic and financial issues, including participating in a UNCTAD-funded project.

He had successfully delivered packaging solutions for the prestigious multinationals such as Reliance Industries, Larsen & Toubro, Telco, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bayer, Aventis, Raychem, ITC, and many more. His exceptional organizational acumen is evident in the seamless execution of various national and international training programs and seminars.

Dr. Purohit had also facilitated high-impact corporate interactions with industry icons such as Mr. Ratan Tata, Mr. Keshub Mahindra, Dr. Anji Reddy, Mr. Sajjan Jindal, and Dr. Verghese Kurien, among further notable industry stalwarts.

Dr. Ashok S. Luhar, by qualification holds M.Com, MBA, MMS, UGC-NET and Ph.D. With over 19 years of experience, including 11+ years in academics and 7+ years in the corporate sector. He currently serves as a Professor. He has also held leadership roles as Director and Principal. He is recognized Ph.D. guide at the University of Mumbai and has successfully guided four scholars to their doctorates.
