Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research (SRBS) has a dedicated Placement Cell. This cell is led by a senior faculty member who is the Training & Placement Officer (TPO). SRBS has a dedicated placement cell which comprises the TPO, faculty members and enthusiastic students.

The Placement Cell assists the students in both final placements and summer internships, as well as plays a pivotal role in alumni engagement.

The Placement Cell actively organises activities and sessions such as Resume Building Sessions, Barclays Life Skills Program, formal and informal interactions with our alumni, guest sessions by industry professionals and Master Class Sessions by Industry Leaders.

Such sessions not only help our students to improve their soft skills, communication skills and interview skills but also help us to make our students corporate ready.

About the Training & Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell of Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research (SRBS) is committed to the philosophy of “Opening Doors to Meaningful Careers.” The Cell’s core objective is to build sustainable career pathways for students by fostering strong linkages with industry leaders and an engaged alumni network.

Led by a senior Professor and Dean – Corporate Relations, the Cell comprises industry-trained faculty members supported by a motivated student placement team. Together, they ensure structured, outcome-oriented career development support for students.

The Placement Cell facilitates final placements, summer internships, live and field projects, while also playing a pivotal role in alumni engagement and mentorship. It actively organizes expert talks by senior industry professionals, panel discussions on emerging industry trends, industry visits, and classroom-based skill development initiatives.

In addition, the Cell conducts comprehensive professional grooming sessions covering resume building, in-demand skills, career pathways, mock group discussions, and mock personal interviews. Students also benefit from formal and informal alumni interactions and master classes delivered by industry leaders.

These initiatives collectively enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, and interview competencies, ensuring they are corporate-ready and equipped to build successful, long-term careers.
