SRBS has a spacious state-of-the-art air-conditioned library measuring 120 sq. meters, located on the third floor of the campus. The library is functional from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all working days. The Institute’s collection includes textbooks, reference books, journals, magazines, CDs, newspapers, and student projects. The arrangement of the books is as per the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) system of Library Science.

SRBS has a rich collection of over 8800 books, over 11000 e-books, 12 national journals, 7 international journals and over 10000 e-journals. The library also holds a collection of students’ projects which provide a great opportunity to the students to showcase their work and learn from their peers and senior batch mates.

SRBS provides a “Book Bank Facility” for the Scheduled Caste (SC) students introduced by the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department, Government of Maharashtra which allows them to borrow books for the entire semester.  The students who belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) should contact the library personnel to avail the book bank facility.

SRBS understands the importance of providing e-resources to the students, research scholars and faculty members because of their inherent capabilities for searching academic journals, research papers, scholarly journals, abstracts, e-books and other resources while providing quick access to such information.

Our Asst. Librarian – Mrs. Mukta Naik provides training by inviting the designated training personnel of the e-resource providers, as well as by herself, to all students and faculty members on the utilisation of these wide range of e-resources that our Library offers.
