The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research organized a Master Class on 20th August 2024 titled ‘Angel Investment / VC Funding Opportunities for Early-Stage Entrepreneurs’ delivered by Mr. Dinesh L. Bhatia, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 9 years of extensive experience in financial sector. Mr. Bhatia’s presentation focused on the fundamental aspects of securing venture capital, including identifying the right investors, crafting compelling pitches and understanding the due diligence process. He also shared insights into the current VC landscape, highlighting emerging trends and sectors that are attracting significant investment. Mr. Bhatia’s real-world examples and actionable advice were particularly valuable, offering students a roadmap to navigate the complexities of VC Funding.
