Dr. (Prof.) Sunita Srivastava, Dean Corporate Relations

Dr. Sunita Srivastava is a pioneering academic leader with over 40 years of experience in higher education and corporate training. Her career spans several prestigious roles, including Director, Dean, Professor, Consultant, and Corporate Trainer. She is renowned for transformative leadership, fostering international collaborations, and innovative curricula. She was recently honored as Outstanding Leader in Nurturing Industry – Academia Relationships by Plus 91 Media in 2025 & recognized among the Top 50 Women in Education and as Outstanding Dean in Higher Education in 2024. She is skilled in Curriculum Design, Marketing Strategy, Corporate Relations & Global Academic Partnerships.

She was brought up in Boston, became a topper in CBSE, a gold medalist in B.Sc., ranked first in her MBA, obtained a PhD with 70% distinction and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate (D Litt.) by the University of Central America in 2021.

Her leadership in academic collaborations is evident through signing MoUs in the last 3 years with several international universities, including SSM Business School, Switzerland, ENAE Business School, Spain, Leaders Institute, Brisbane, Australia, and Lincoln University, USA. She has spearheaded Global Immersion Study visits to Mauritius and South Korea. Dr. Srivastava’s dedication to education, her students, and her leadership in academic innovation and corporate relations have made her a respected professional in the field.

Mr. Pranav Bhhatia, Placement Co-ordinator

Pranav Bhhatia is PGDBA with specialization in HR, Retail and General Management. He has over 20 years of rich industrial experience in Sales, Operations and HR. During his tenure, he has worked with Shoppers Stop, Future Group, Biba, Ritu Kumar and Globus. Facilitated sessions on stress management at IIT Bombay, Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Thakur Polytechnic, Mahindra First Choice, Legrand and many more. He has a teaching experience of 5 years. His areas of interest are Training, Meditation, Desk Yoga, Travelling and many more.

Ms. Rachana Agarwal

Ms. Rachana Agarwal is dedicated to teaching undergraduate students of the Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) program. Her teaching methodology is student-centric, encouraging active participation and practical learning. She has a strong command over subjects related to business and management.

Apart from her teaching responsibilities, she is an invaluable part of the Training and Placement Cell at SRBS. She plays an active role in student grooming, soft skills development, and placement coordination. She works diligently to connect students with opportunities that match their career aspirations.

Ms. Agarwal is known for her sincerity, discipline, and excellent work ethic. She is often seen going the extra mile to ensure that her responsibilities are fulfilled with perfection.
