The Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC), in collaboration with AICTE, launched the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) program to transform Higher Educational Institutions into hubs of creativity, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving—driving India’s vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047. This initiative inspires campuses to nurture ideas, develop startups, and turn innovative concepts into impactful solutions.
Embracing this mission, Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research (SRBS) set up its IIC in 2021–22. SRBS fosters a vibrant innovation ecosystem with opportunities for idea generation, IP awareness, incubation, and technology transfer. By blending academics with real-world entrepreneurial exposure, SRBS empowers students to become future-ready leaders, capable of shaping society, fuelling economic growth, and sustaining a culture of innovation.
